David received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida State University in 1992, and his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Florida in 1995. He grew up in Jacksonville Beach, where his family ties to the region stretch back more than two centuries.
David lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife and two children. He is a member of the board and past president of the Beaches Area Historical Society and is the head of Sunday school for St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church. David’s interests include reading, hunting and relaxing at the beach, where he enjoys finding sharks’ teeth.
